Event Details

The 2026 AGM will be held at Kaiser in Vallejo, California. This three-day event will take place from October 22–24, 2026, and will include an Instructor Day, Business Day, and Education Day.

Guests will have the option to register for accommodations at the DoubleTree by Hilton - Napa Valley American Canyon. The Instructor Day and Business Day will be held on-site at Kaiser in Vallejo, while the Education Day will take place at the hotel in the Vintners Ballroom.

Guest speakers for the Education Day will be Gregg and Vicky Johnson, former students of Maggie Knott and founders of the Institute of Physical Art (IPA).

On the evening of October 22 there will be a social gathering at the Vallejo Brewing Company with barbeque provided by Gracie’s Barbeque and Catering.

On the evening of October 23 there will be dinner and dancing at the Vintners Ballroom at the DoubleTree by Hilton - Napa Valley American Canyon. Entertainment will be provided by Silent Disco Party Rentals.

Registration Fees:

  • Instructor: $499 (early bird $449 with ID Code EARLY50OFF, valid if you register before June 30th)

  • Assistant Instructor: $399 (early bird $349 with ID Code EARLY50OFF, valid if you register before June 30th)

  • Associate Member: $299 (early bird $249 with ID Code EARLY50OFF, valid if you register before June 30th)

  • Each category receives the same comprehensive access; pricing is based on membership status.

Education Day and Evening Event Registration

(Open to Non-IPNFA® Members)

Registration for the Education Day and evening social events are open to physical therapists. IPNFA® membership is not required to attend the Education Day, Social Gathering, or Dinner and Silent Disco.

Our featured speakers for Education Day are Gregg and Vicky Johnson, founders of the Institute of Physical Art (IPA) and former students of Maggie Knott.

The registration fees are as follows:

  • Social Gathering (October 22): $60

  • Evening Dinner and Silent Disco (October 23): $120

  • Education Day (October 24): $199

Hotel Registration

Book your stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton - Napa Valley American Canyon.

Scheduled complimentary transportation to and from the host hotel will be provided.

The Evening Dinner and Silent Disco, along with the Education Day, will be held in the hotel’s ballroom. In addition, separate conference rooms are available for rental should you wish to schedule meetings outside of the AGM.

AGM attendees may take advantage of a special discounted rate of $175 per night, per room, plus applicable taxes.

(NOTE: Must be booked before September 19th to receive the special discounted rate.)

The room rate includes up to two guests per room; additional guests may be added for $10 per person, per night.
